Today, people want to be thin but it is sometimes very dangerous, the people get obsess with the idea and they don't take the basic precautions to take care about what our body and mind needs.



* Kinds of exercises to keep your body fit

Flexions: you must make 3 series between 8 and 15 repetitions



Sidesaddle: you must make 3 series among 10 and 25 repetitions


Dorsal: you must make between 10 and 20 repetitions



Shoulder: you must make among 10 and 25 repetitions

Triceps: series among 8 and 15 repetitions




Gluteus: you must 3 series among 15 and 25 repetitions



Inferiors Abdominals: you must make 3 series between 12 and 15 repetitions



Oblique abdominal: you must 3 series between 12 and 15 repetitions



Superiors abdominal: you must 3 series between 12 and 25 repetitions


Breast: You must 3 series between 8 and 15 repetitions




- Healthy diet, what is it? How to obtain this?


* The healthy diet has 4 big groups of food, this is very important

1- Dairy ( milk and its derivatives)




2- Meats ( flash, pork, lamb,veal, eggs, legume, walnut and seeds)



3- Grain ( bread, cereals, rice and pasta)

4- Vegetables and Fruits



DON'T FORGET:

To eat 3 meals in the day

- You don’t omit the breakfast

- To eat the foods of 4 big groups nutritious
